We do not use the information provided to us by Google to identify you. This information is intended to inform us about the demographic and geographical data of our users (e.g. age, sex, language, territory, etc.) as well as their behaviour on our Site and their affinities (e.g. lifestyle).     As for the information collected by our audience analysis tool, Google enters a number in your browser using a cookie file to remember your visit.   13. Because the job search process may take several months or years depending on the type of job sought, we keep the personal information listed in section 2.1 indefinitely or until you request it.

 Job description

Vous devrez travailler avec l’équipe Nord Américaine de marketing et des ventes du Canada.
En collaboration avec l’équipe digitale , s’assurer de bien représenter les besoins canadiens, adapter les campagnes SEO, médias sociaux, site internet, etc. au marché canadien selon les besoins locaux et les budgets alloués.
- Adapter le contenu au Canada selon les besoins techniques, la saisonnalité, les inventaires disponibles, les agendas de lancement de produits.
- Travailler avec l’agence locale pour adapter le contenu avec la stratégie de l’équipe digitale de la région pour le Canada lorsque nécessaire
- S’assurer de la mise en forme légale.
- S’assurer de l’avancement du projet d’obtention de consentement.
- S’assurer de la bonne communication aux différentes équipes de ventes canadiennes

TRADE MARKETING & COMMUNICATION :

-S’assurer d’avoir le bon matériel selon les quantités requises par les revendeurs et les gestionnaires de comptes (brochures / POP/ Fiche technique, etc.), et ce pour les différentes lignes de produits, ainsi que dans les deux langues lorsque nécessaires.
-Gérer les demandes de renouvellement de formulaires nécessaires pour les revendeurs et les gestionnaires de comptes ; voir les directives de l’entreprise, ce que nous conservons version papier en Amérique du Nord, voir à avoir les soumissions de l’imprimeur local, et s’assurer du transfert à notre entrepôt.
-S’assurer que le matériel est disponible sur les différentes plateformes de communication
-Gérer les demandes d’items nécessaires pour les différents évènements.
-Assurer la coordination des différents évènements organisés au Canada; inscription, suivi de notre profil en ligne, réservation et location de matériel, message digital, location et coordination d’items pour l’espace, etc.
-Organiser les rencontres pré et post évènements avec les gestionnaires de comptes.
-S’assurer d’avoir les suivis écrits en lien aux évènements (ROI, KPI, Photos, compétitions, etc).
-Gestion du budget.
-Commander les cadeaux.
-S’assurer de procéder aux inscriptions pour les associations en collaboration avec l’équipe canadienne des ventes.
-S’assurer des suivis de discussions et demandes en lien au marketing.
-S’assurer de l’engagement de l’équipe des ventes canadiennes.
-Gestion du budget.

TRADUCTION :

-Gestion des demandes via l’agence de traduction (documents, vidées, power point, formation, site internet, blog, fiche technique, etc.).
-Révisions des traductions complétées par l’agence (anglais – français).
-Traduction de documents de derniers recours.
-S’assurer de suivis avec l’agence de façon mensuelle.
-Complétion et suivi d’un glossaire pour l’agence.
-S’assurer des termes légaux et de la gestion de la marque (Trademark).

GESTION DE BUDGET :

-Gestion de notre portion de budget canadien B2B alloué avec les responsables des États-Unis.
-Suivi des différents budgets selon les projets : Média et marketing commercial, évènements, associations, projets spéciaux, etc.
-Prise de décisions en lien à la faisabilité de certains projets en fonction du budget alloué.
-S’assurer d’avoir les soumissions et factures en lien aux différentes dépenses autorisées.
-S’assurer de la bonne communication de documents avec la facturation.

 Required skills

-Vous devrez avoir des aptitudes de gestionnaire de différents projets et avoir une connaissance du marketing. Vous devez être bilingue (français/anglais), versatile, être capable de prendre des décisions, être patient et organisé. L’important est de s’assurer de bien représenter le Canada au sein des opérations quotidiennes marketing de la plateforme Nord-Américaine, plus particulièrement en collaborant étroitement avec les différents secteurs Marketing et Communication
